Medics & Paramedics (EMS)

Paramedics are driven to solve other people’s problems, but they often forget about how the profession affects their own emotional and physical health. It is extremely stressful to deal with sick, injured, emotionally troubled, or dying patients, day after day. The after-effects will pile up, and some paramedics pay a high price for that.

On top of the effects on their own emotional and physical health, paramedics take their tensions home every day, which, in turn, affects their partner and children. Some have a partner who encourages them to tell them about the deaths or injuries they’ve experienced, regardless how shocking it is for them to hear. Others try to maintain an atmosphere of calm in the home by avoiding any conversation about work-related traumas.

Often, the paramedics, but also their family members, need help in order to remain in healthy and intact relationships. Unhealthy families will have a negative effect on the quality of work performance and emotional and physical health.

An increasing amount of medical and paramedical people ends up in a burnout. The daily crises – at work, at home, and among family members and friends – drive paramedics into a state of emotional and mental exhaustion, leaving them unable to cope with it themselves. If the paramedic cannot or will not deal with the job’s stress, he or she will finally burn-out.

PMA offers you a technique to reorganize the unhealthy traumatic data in your subconscious mind. In a very short period of time, you will make proper connections that will transform the negatively charged data into well-organized and balanced healthy feelings. This immediately removes the inner pressure, dissatisfaction, tension, depression, unrest, sadness, and feelings of aggression, to make room for balanced inner peace and energy. PMA is the most effective and effortless method for processing traumas.

The PMA Institute can provide individual coaching for you and your family members, as well as seminars specifically created for your profession.
