In Conclusion

Don’t lie to yourself
You can tell yourself as often as you want that the traumatic events you’ve observed have no negative effect on you because you’re so well-trained in coping with it. You might even succeed to convince yourself of that lie, but your subconscious will not change its programs of how it processes these kinds of events by what you tell yourself. Deep down you know that; you know it affects your life in a negative way. Our subconscious mind follows strict rules and genetic programs in the processing of traumatic events. This incredible system is a little bit stronger in some people than in others, but sooner or later, we all run into our limitations and we have to conclude that we are not made for this continuous exposure to trauma and misery.

The choice is yours
We all have the choice to suppress our feelings if we want to. However, this decision comes with a price. We can consciously suppress feelings, but subconsciously the physiological programs that create feelings will exactly go on as always. The only thing we do is denying the symptoms with our conscious brain, but in the long run, our body pays the price in the form of physical or emotional health or behavior problems.

On the other hand, you also have the choice to learn about how your subconscious processes information and feelings and to become aware of the extraordinary opportunities your mind offers you to detect and transform your hidden sabotage mechanisms and feel good and in control of your life. Through applying PMA, you will understand how you can consciously cooperate with your subconscious mind, in a healthy way of processing traumatic experiences. This way you will avoid unnecessary sleep disorders, psychosomatic and emotional health problems, and sabotaging behavior patterns. PMA does not only prevent these problems; it will also enable you overcome complaints such as PTSD, depression, burnout, anxiety, anger attacks, and a long list of other stress-related complaints. You will discover for yourself how powerful your subconscious mind is once you recognize how it works.

You can now free yourself from subconscious sabotaging programs through the PMA self-help technique. You can learn how to do this from a PMA seminar or the PMA Easy Plan. PMA will let you experience why the artificial tricks you’ve learned to suppress your feelings do not serve you at all. They are downright unhealthy. The use of the PMA technique allows you to deal with traumatic events in your work without activating or creating sabotaging programs in your subconscious mind.

PMA is the technique of choice to reorganize the unhealthy data in your subconscious mind, in a very short period of time, and make proper connections that will transform the negatively charged data into well-organized and balanced healthy feelings. This immediately removes the inner pressure, dissatisfaction, tension, depression, unrest, sadness, and feelings of aggression to make room for a balanced inner peace and energy. PMA is the most effective and effortless method for processing traumas.
